Shipping

Orders will generally take 1-3 business days to ship, not including items that require additional services.

Domestic orders will be shipped fully insured with USPS ground advantage or USPS Priority Mail. Orders with a value of $1000+ will require a signature delivery. USPS Ground Advantage takes approximately 2-5 days and USPS Priority Mail takes about 1-3 business days. These dates are approximate and do not guarantee exact delivery times.

International orders will be shipped on a case-by-case basis. USPS First Class International will be used to ship orders up to $400 in value. Orders higher in value will be shipped using UPS. Packages will be declared for the full value, and cannot be marked as "gift".

Not liable for damage or loss of goods in transit. Once shipped, the package is out of my hands. I cannot control what happens in the post and cannot guarantee delivery times/claims approvals. However, if an issue with package transit or delivery arises, please contact me using the information below and I will do my best to help.

Not responsible for customs duties and fees. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any duties required and know the law regarding customs in their country.

Layaway

Please contact me to inquire if you have an item in mind for layaway. Availability of layaway is at my discretion.

If we agree to a layaway, a minimum 25% down payment will be required. The remaining payments can be made weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly (3 months maximum) depending on the terms agreed upon. If you enter a layaway, you are entering a contract to make timely payments when they are due.

A failure to comply with layaway terms can lead to forfeiting of the item. I am not obligated to send payment reminders as it is the responsibility of the buyer. However, if a reminder is sent and I do not hear back within 48 hours, the item will be forfeited.

Layaway payments are not refundable. Should a layaway be forfeited, payments made prior to cancellation will not be returned. This is to cover losses from the item being unavailable as someone else could have purchased it outright.
